At ShoeMandi, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and safely. Please read our logistics policy to understand how we handle order processing, shipping, and delivery.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking details once dispatched.
Shipping Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of your footwear across India.
Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5-7 business days
- Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can use this to track your order on our logistics partner's website.
Failed Deliveries
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability of the recipient, our logistics partner will make up to 2 additional attempts.
- After 3 failed attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund (excluding shipping charges) will be processed.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
In the rare event that your order is damaged in transit or lost, please contact us at Cobblercomy@gmailcom within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
