At ShoeMandi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.
  • Sale or clearance items.
  • Items without original packaging or tags.

Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization within 2 business days.
  3. Ship the item back to our warehouse using the provided return label.
  4. Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
