Trade Policy

ShoeMandi welcomes trade partnerships with retailers, distributors, and bulk buyers. Please read our trade policy carefully before placing a trade or bulk order.

Eligibility

• Trade accounts are available to registered businesses, retailers, and distributors with a valid GST number.
• Minimum order quantity (MOQ) applies for trade orders. Please contact us for details.

Trade Pricing

• Special trade pricing is available for eligible partners based on order volume.
• Trade prices are exclusive of GST and shipping charges unless otherwise agreed.
• Pricing is subject to change without prior notice. Confirmed orders will be honoured at the agreed price.

Payment Terms

• 10% advance payment is required for new trade partners.
• Credit terms may be extended to established partners after a review period, subject to approval.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS), UPI, and Cheque (for approved accounts).

Order Fulfilment

• Trade orders are processed within 3-5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Large or custom orders may require additional lead time. Our team will communicate timelines at the time of order confirmation.

Returns & Defects

• Trade orders are eligible for returns only in case of manufacturing defects or incorrect shipments.
• Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
• No returns will be accepted for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

Confidentiality

Trade pricing and terms shared with partners are confidential and must not be disclosed to third parties.
